Board Goals for 2022/2023

The Timothy Christian School Board of Directors has thoughtfully and strategically put together 5 goals for the 2022/2023 school year. Operating as a cohesive unit, each committee has carefully reviewed these goals and aligned their own with them.

A word from the Board Chairman Ryan Guetter, “As a Board we continue to invest time with committees in supporting Board Goals that foster growth, diversity and responsible leadership, with God’s grace. In addition, the establishment of the Principal Search Committee and Prayer Committee will be a key part to the future growth at TCS and succession of leadership.”

Board goals for 2022/2023 are as follows:

1.     Pursue an inclusive learning environment and academic excellence, while reinforcing a biblical worldview perspective and a commitment to diversity, equity and anti-racism;

2.     Leverage the Development Coordinator position to support family recruitment and retention to sustain future growth;

3.     Develop a Financial Sustainability Strategy to maintain long term fiscal stewardship;

4.     Meet budgeted fundraising targets by developing and implementing a Fundraising Strategy with emphasis on increasing community engagement and participation by parents, alumni, affiliations and the membership;

5.     Develop a growth framework for TCS that addresses needs related to capital facilities, class sizes, staffing needs and succession planning.
