TCS golf fundraiser set for Oct. 3
Timothy Christian School’s annual “Timothy Drive” fundraising campaign will begin with a golf and dinner event, Oct. 3.
The 2020 golf tournament will again be held at Eagles Nest golf club in Maple, Ont., routinely rated the top golf course in the Greater Toronto Area.
The event is available to eight foursomes at a cost of $180 per golfer. Golfers will tee off at 12:30 p.m. (shotgun start) and will finish with a buffet dinner in a private room (The Nest) overlooking the 18th hole. (Retail value of the package is $230).
Dinner-only options may also be available.
During dinner, the school’s main fundraiser will kick off, with proceeds going towards operating the North Etobicoke elementary school during COVID-19.
An update on the school will be shared during the dinner, and a request for donations will also be made. Last year’s event raised more than $14,000.
